قصر العمدة

I was genuinely impressed by how the hidden spiral staircase connects the floors—it adds a clever structural detail that keeps you engaged throughout the build. The whole process felt rewarding, and the finished display piece has a great eerie atmosphere.

The dining room chandelier that flickers when you turn the crank is such a clever touch, and the whole thing took me about six evenings to finish. Easily the most absorbing build I've done this year.

I picked this up as a weekend project and ended up finishing it in two sittings, which says a lot. The haunted house detailing is genuinely clever, especially how the rooms are built to be viewed from the open back. My only real gripe is that I wish there were a few more minifigures included.
